5-7 year old Junior Campers

Limited to a group of 12

Junior Campers perform a musical adaptation of a favorite children’s story – also in only 5 days. We prepare in advance a fun and charming script with music – recording all the dialogue and songs on a CD for each camper – and they also get a script of their play. On Monday we assign roles to the campers after some creative dramatics and role-playing – again – all roles are about the same size. Tuesday we will work on staging and choreographing their play, start fitting and creating costumes and give out t-shirts. Wednesday morning campers see the current TLAC children’s play and then continue staging, practicing and preparing costumes. Thursday they create artistic backdrops for their show and continue rehearsals. On Friday we have final dress rehearsal and then invite family and friends to attend the performance at 2:00 PM. A DVD of the last dress rehearsal and performance will be prepared for each family.
